The only local DD, food is to standard coffee is good, service could be a little better but I'll take what I can get
When you're the only DD outside of Austin you take what you can. Also it's on base, which is convenient if you live or work here, but obviously very inconvenient if you live off base. They are understaffed but been here three times and haven't had any issues with my order. So yes, Killeen area desperately needs another Dunkin.
I just went this morning....my croissant was and tasted burnt, and both of my hot chocolates were nothing but water.
They are absolutely disgusting towards people. They don't even make the drinks how you ask them to and they literally told me if I wanted whip cream they would have to charge me. Charge me? For whip cream? I have never heard anything like that before. They definitely lost my business.
