Even though this location doesn't carry all items you would find at a CORPORATE store, they always meet my expectations with friendly smiles, and a loving staff!

Never using this Starbucks again! Way overpriced compared to others in the area and don't carry the full menu
Two females, one cashier and the other on breakfast meals at 0730 on Nov 15, completely disgraceful. When told that a customer was waiting, which was myself, she clearly said “I don’t care” in front of my face which she clarified that she was talking to her co-worker. I ordered, she never took my name so my food was left sitting on the counter until I noticed it and asked if it were mine and got a “Yup” out of the female making breakfast meals. I passed it off to her and walked out. Find some decent workers Starbucks 118 Fort Hood.
They were really great when they first opened, now I have been sitting in their drive threw as 3 girls txt on there phones and one girl makes drinks. They forgot my drink so they came back to the window to ask. Waiting 15 min for an iced coffee! Not coming back.
