I requested and paid for the full interior detail package after having had the service multiple times at the previous Car Wash Barn. This is definitely not the same service despite now costing more. They did not vacuum the empty trunk, the seats were not shampooed, and the rear view mirror, interior of the passenger side window, and serveral parts of the interior were still dirty. It's unacceptable work for the price charged. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I paid for the exterior and interior cleaning which meant that the interior was supposed to be vacuumed and shampooed and the plastics were to be wiped down. They never shampooed the carpet, and the vacuuming was not completely thorough. Also, they never wiped down any of the plastic interior portion of the car which takes me all of 30 seconds to do at home. Money wasted.
Awesome job they did everything they weren't suppose to do I would recommend to ask for a guy name Anthony he will do a great job on your car would not complain he deserves tips every time I come through
They took a chunk out if my window tinting. They wouldn't own up to it and now cost me $100 to redo the window. These guys are sloppy and do overall poor work!
Posted signs and the website states they open at 0730. I arrive at 0740 and they are not open. So I called and ask when will they be open. The kid tells me "we are working in our teams". I asked again so when will you be open? The kid " maybe 7:50 or 8, sorry" then he hangs up on me.
