This dental clinic is completely unreliable. Twice I have taken sick hours off from work and when I show up for my appointments, they have cancelled them without even a courtesy call/email or text. What's even worst is that I continued to get text messages and emails earlier this week even yesterday, on my appointment day to remind me about my 3pm appointment and when I showed up it was cancelled. It's always excuses, such as staff shortage etc. I've been going to this dental clinic for about 4 years and I am transferring my entire family this week elsewhere! This is just awful! Hire more dental professionals!
I just want to thank coast dental for such a wonderful experience for my daughter. The place is very clean and professional and the most important thing that stood out to me was the customer service. Every single person that I met in there was very nice. I have never been to a place where everyone was that nice. I thank you and we really appreciated the kindness.
I loved my dentist and assistant but the reception staff in this office are so unprofessional. I had a follow up appointment and exam scheduled for 2pm, got there she said it was for 1:20pm luckily I found the appointment card and it was indeed 2pm. All of a sudden my dentist isn't there either and not once did they think to call so I wouldn't drive there, the other dentist available refused to see me because I was already seen by the first dentist. I'm beyond pissed cause this is my only day off and they refuse to take responsibility for this. The receptionist kept trying to blame the assistant, I don't get how if the dentist had an emergency and had to leave. Waste of my time, I will be looking for a new dental office after this.
I went in for a consultation and left with most of what I needed done. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed but I didn't need a surgeon thankfully and I got a cap on a tooth. Dr. Rajiv was awesome and Melanie was so sweet. I had such an amazing experience and I will be going back for anything I need.
The staff has been great in what I need and helping me get there financially. Dr. Rajiv is awesome!!! And a shout out to Melanie and Tanya for being such great people in putting my needs first and being understanding.
