First time visit, was welcomed practically as I walked through the door. After I was recorded I had maybe a 10 minute wait. I was tended by Vanecia, conversation was comfortable no sign of pushyness asking any unnecessary questions. She was very focused on what I came there for, a haircut. While there I made a point to watch and listen to the other staff. I didn't pick up on any nagativity, I took note of how quickly after each customer they would clean their areas. Very impressed, I'll be sure to visit this store sgain.
I went to Great clips to get bangs for the first time in 5 years. When I went the I showed a picture of the bangs I wanted, the lady did not listen to me when I told her I wanted my bangs to look a little more full, and I came back to get my bangs fixed because line of the bangs were uneven. When I came in they go me in super quick but the lady that tried to fix it messed it up worst I have short and long hairs everywhere I'm am not happy at all with my hair, and I'm pretty sure a 3 year old could do better than this. DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS ON POST!
First of all, even with an appointment I had to wait well over an hour to get in and then the lady turned my hair ORANGE and proceeded to tell me it was my own fault when someone else made her fix it. She also wanted me to pay for not just her dying my hair orange but for the cover-up job that wasn't even enough to make my hair look even semi decent. Thank GOD the hat shop is right across from this salon!
Never getting a haircut here again. Lady that cut my hair didn't cut it even and was lazy. This is the second bad haircut I've had at this location.
Did a good job on my son's hair cut.
