The pizza is good and the staff is helpful. Although there is a wait even if it's not busy.
Never going again to any Pizza Hut.
It was hard to find this place, I had no idea where I was supposed to park, the food was mediocre even by pizza hut standards, service was slow but the staff were friendly. Not super clean... but it is fort hood.
Never again... This place has never had good customer service but they at least made my food right. Today is different tho, went to pick it up and claimed they never got the order. Then the intellectually challenged guy trying to use the computer put the order in and tried to charge me an extra 9 bucks. They would not honor the online deal that i originally ordered. So I just left. I will no longer be ordering from pizza hut.
Three times they've messed up our order. When I call and then go back to pick up the remake, I show them their mistake on the old one. They say "well you can't really see the type of sauce"... how about you just make it correctly! Give me every excuse under the book and don't even offer a refund or an apology for wasting my time driving back and forth.
We should have Luciano's Pizza also. I for one don't like Anthony Pizza but we deserved a second choice.
