Somehow my package got sent to this post office from the main post office in killeen and they told me they cannot find my package. I have tracked it all week and it says that it was delivered to an agent but no one can seem to find it. I was told that they saw my package but sent it somewhere. When I asked where they sent it the lady could not tell me where. It was a really large box and I’m just confused on why it even was sent there instead of my house. Still waiting on the package and no one can locate it.
Came at 10:45am and they were "On break" with no time of return. Who takes a break when you've only been open an hour and 45 minutes?
Went in yesterday just after 4 to get a mailbox key for the village I moved into. The rude gentleman with long hair at the counter told me "we don't issue keys after 3". I told him I was not aware of that and maybe housing or themselves should let people know that, maybe post it on the door. He just said "can't help you". I had hauled all three kids in for that. I went back today around 1030 and another rude gentleman with no people skills completed my request in less than 3 minutes. So tell me why they have a cutoff time for issuing keys when it takes a couple of minutes. Seriously, worst customer service and just plain rude.
Come in on a Monday at 1300 ( not a holiday weekend) and they were closed with no sign saying why.
The people in this place are so rude and disrespectful. I've had better customer service from McDonald's! They cut you off and try to give you answers for questions you didn't ask. Granted the one off of 10th street is no better. Ride, mean, and border line illiterate.
