Just what I needed, septic hookups, electricity included and clean restrooms.
The park is well maintained. Bathroom, laundry and lounge area are always clean. The office staff is friendly and professional. Space rent is reasonable and you get free TV. Location is perfect. Just 5 minutes away from HEB and Walmart. The gym is just down the street. The only thing that I could say that the park is lacking is a Dog Park. The fenced ilayground would be perfect since kids don't use it.
Been here before, and it's get better and better with time. Very nice, clean and secure.
