Pleasantly quick. Went in around noon and was out in about 15-20 min. Have your license, registration and insurance ready before your number is called takes about 5 mins to process everything then they call you up when your pass is ready. Flawless operation compared to fort Leonardwood

Soldier was lazy as I was waiting the male was having a conversation with the female next to him more than making sure my pass was correct. I could have just thrown on a uniform did it myself wondering what was he doing all that time he gave me print a print out that was still dated from last year in my mind I was like why and still managed to get through the gate so to him it's ok to go in to ft hood with invalid pass. Doesn't seem secure to me. I came back to get someone else to address why and correct it but the other man didn't seem too concerned to address him to correct him to do his job properly and why he gives out invalid passes not focus. I won't give out my personal info to him again.

Easy...if you remember all of your documents. Registration, insurance, id. The staff was conscientious and very polite. We arrived when there were just a couple people in front of us so it went quickly. Nice waiting area.
