Have been here several times only because I had to in order to get ready to move to Hawaii. Staff is unorganized and didn't even know who belonged to what room. My appointment was at 1 and I was not taken back until several minutes after 1. They took an hour and a half to draw blood and so far I have been sitting in the waiting room waiting for over half an hour for a rabies certificate. I am the only one in the waiting room and there are 4 people behind the desk not doing anything but talking. I can guarantee it doesn't take this long to print off a few pieces of paper especially when I am the only one here. What would have taken an hour max at any other vet has now taken 3 hours at this one. If you can avoid this place I would at all costs.

When we first moved to Fort Hood this is where we took our dog. They were amazing. We eventually moved off base and my sister took that dog back and we eventually got two American Bully puppies. We didn't know they could be seen at the vet on base (they just can't live there) so we went to a local veterinary facility (but we love them too!)
