Not a fan
All this bank does is screw over soldiers. They send their representatives over to the reception barracks and scoop up brand new soldiers. They're at the barracks literally EVERY single day. I fell into the trap unfortunately, and being on deployment at the moment been extremely difficult knowing that I received $170 worth of NSF charges to my account for something I did not recognize ever purchasing. The time zones are opposite, so having to stay up late is a pain, and their online chat support has not been working. Very frustrating experience. Do not use this bank. Navy Federal or USAA will be one of my first visits as soon as I get home.
