they have helped me and my family in times of need they are always polite make sure to greet you at the door and help assist you. They have short lines and get you in and out I like them by far they are better then usaa to me anyways!!!!!
Bank does not get paid early like other military friendly banks. Its just on Fort Hood because it has Pentagon in the name. Stay far away. USAA and NAVY Fed are way way better banks. Use them.
My hubby and I have been members of PFCU almost 20 years and this is a great credit union, they have great rates, often lower than USAA and we have never been denied for a loan of any type and often times we have received an instant reply at the time we submitted the application. Recently they changed the payday deposit to one day prior to your actual pay date, this is a good thing because it shows that they are trying to compete and comply with the other banks in the area. Most of the time when I go into the bank, the service is always pleasurable and the Tellers are nice and professional. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone,
First they tell you that your account is free of charges when you have zero balance, but when you start putting money in they start charging you fees...Navy Federal or USAA better banks stay away from Penfed they're thiefs!!!
Probably the worst bank ever. Terrible lobby hours, indifferent attitudes at the counter, pay schedules are the WORST. If you get paid on a day that falls on a holiday or weekend, hope you didn't need the cash, because they won't pay you until the NEXT business day. Their ATM motto shows exactly how much they care; it says, and I quote, "If you can find a better deal, TAKE IT!". Incredible.
