Went in today on August 10th around 4pm, the entire staff was wonderful and they were very nice over the phone before I arrived answering any questions I had. I got an oil change done and while waiting with all four of my kids the staff interacted amazing not just with myself but my young kiddos as well. Was very happy with the service my vehicle received and great customer service. Will absolutely be coming back again!

Came in for oil change and brake pads. One customer in front of me. Made the point that i was not interested in new rotors and they were still ok according to the tech. Initially told an hour and a half to two hours. Then 2 hours later was told another 2 hours... guy behind the desk gets short with me when i ask to check on my vehicle at the 4 hour mark with no update. Twenty minutes later a different tech comes out and informs me that it will be another 45 minutes... total of 5.5 hours invested and i get to pay and leave! Take your business elsewhere i know i will

Took 2 hours you get an oil change and tire rotation. I got impatient and took a look at what was going on and saw they carelessly smacked my car door into the lift. They didn't notice but I took pictures and showed them to the manager who was friendly at least but not enough to get me to ever come back.

I was very surprised when the tech told me your car is ready. I was told when I walked in that it would be 1.5 hours to do a balance and rotation. They were finished in about 40 minutes. This is really nice when compared to the shoddy Firestone Location in Harker Heights. The Harker Heights location won't even honor the appointment times, and always have an excuse for not being able to get the work done in a reasonable time frame. The Guys at Fort Hood Warrior Way Location ( closed now) and this Fort Hood Location were always respectful and the work was almost always done before they indicated it would be. I made an appointment to return with my truck this Friday, hopefully I will receive the same good service. I returned for my tire rotation and balance on 9/29/2017. I arrived 30 minutes early thinking I might get my vehicle in before 9:00 AM. There was only one customer in the waiting area, but I was still told it would take 1.5 hours to do the job. Perhaps they had vehicles in the shop from yesterday who knows. They were true to their word they took my vehicle in at 9:00 and were out at just before 10:00, Still not a quick as Discount tires, but much better than Firestone's Harker Heights location. I Also got an estimate for two rear Monroe shocks parts and labor. I guess they don't realize that the 58643 load adjusting shock can be had for a pair at 100.47 on line but average price was $112.00 on line. They proposed to charge 224.99 for a set, and $103 for labor a total of 498.13 offering a 10% military discount brought the cost to $498.13 then they added a shop charge of 5.59 ( right, guess they don't use the same rag on every job) and taxes at 27.71. for a grand total of 531.43. Most shop are charging an hour to install the rear shocks, that comes to an average of 100.00 so with the 10% discount that makes it $90.00 so you do same some there. But they need to read the screens and stop assuming that every shock, is sold as one because many come as a pair. Still one pair was only $112.50, but again with the 10% discount they would have leveled out or been even with most other shops in the area. I did give them a call after I got home and told them this, but they did not seem too concerned. Remember it pays to ask around before having any work done. If they had quoted me what should have been quoted @ a total of $209.68 which includes that 10% discount and 12.90 taxes as well as their $5.54 shop supplies fees , They would have received my more of my business.

Great people. Good quick work.
