I'm the welder at sprocket, we can not do anything that is illegal immoral or unsafe! I got a bad review from a customer on his vehicle, their is only so much we can do !

Rich, Gary, Billy and a few other VERY AWESOME gentlemen helped me to square my Maxima away!!!!! They were VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!! They did not stand there over me as I worked on my car. They passed through many times over asking if I needed any assistance. This was the 2nd weekend in a row that I took my car to Sprocket and both times very simply amazing! No attitudes from any of them and of course me being a lady, no one used any harsh or belittling statements towards me. I give kuddos and 2 thumbs up to them and will BE BACK! They saved me soooo much money from what I was quoted by a mechanic shop here in Killeen! Ill pay Sprocket prices anyday! Once again, I want to thank each and every person that helped me with my 2005 Nissan Maxima SL. I'd definitely agree to all being given praise of some sort.

It is unfortunate they are so bad. I know it is going to end up with me spending much more money using a local mechanic rather than using the shop because I have become confident that I would not receive the assistance when I get a hang-up working on a project at Sprockets. Get 2 stars only because it is a great service with all the tools you need for the work on your vehicle. The employees take it from a 5 star service down.

I have bringing my Vehicles here for the last 3 years. Great service great tools. But it is getting really expensive now to work on your own vehicles there

Great facility, but agree with others that most employees are very disrespectful and have bad attitudes!

This is a great facility ruined by bad attitudes. I have been there 3 times. There are a couple of gentlemen working there that are helpful and have a good attitude to accompany their knowledge, however the rest, which are the majority, set the tone of the facility with horrible attitudes. The customer is an annoyance whilst they collect their paycheck.

On my last trip, I had to ask the mechanic 3 times for the tool. When I signed out my tool box he said he has the piece that was all i really needed. What should have been a 25 minute quick job became an hour and 20 minute job that only ended when i was asking for a different tool on the 3rd asking and he goes, oh, just use this, the tool I really needed.
